Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in CAD, CAM, Machine Tools, and CNC technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of relevant experience. The position will be based in Bangalore and will involve regular interaction with all levels of management in corporate settings.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Siemens CAD-CAM solutions, including NX and Teamcenter, to potential clients.
  • Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through contacts and market research.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored product/service solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions showcasing CAD, CAM, CNC, and Machine Tool benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote offerings, expand networks, and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–10 years of proven sales success in CAD, CAM, Machine Tool, and CNC industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of CAD, CAM, CNC technologies, and machine tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and industry contacts is an added advantage.
